Free improvements available

What is the Nest?

The Nest (Warm Homes Wales) is administered by Welsh Government / Warm Wales and available to eligible properties in Wales. It is designed to help homeowners reduce the upfront cost of installing low-carbon energy systems and improvements — contributing to the UK's net-zero targets while lowering household energy bills.

This scheme supports installations including Air Source Heat Pump, Solar PV.

Am I eligible?

  • You live in Wales and own or privately rent your home.
  • Your home has a poor energy-efficiency rating (EPC band E, F or G).
  • You or someone in your household receives a means-tested benefit or has a qualifying health condition.
  • Private-sector tenants must have landlord consent for any works.

Not sure if you qualify? A free home assessment from one of our MCS-certified installers will confirm your eligibility and identify every grant you can access.
